Each and every item purchased from Hernaez Craft Shop! is fully
guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials or you may
return the item for replacement or full purchase price refund for up to
30 days from date of delivery with copy of receipt.
This guarantee and return policy shall apply to all products purchased from
Hernaez Craft Shop! In addition to any and all applicable manufacturers
warranties unless otherwise stated on individual product pages.
Accepted authorized non-defective merchandise returns will be allowed full
credit with a 20% less for restocking fee.
NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Time Limit: Return Authorization Request Form must be submitted within 30
days of shipping date of order from Hernaez Craft Shop!. Request made later
than 30 days will not be honored. Return must be effected within 5 days
after you receive notification that is authorized.
Conditions: Non Defective merchandise must meet the
following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
a. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner package quantity, as
shipped by Hernaez Craft Shop. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
b. Seasonable Items (Such as Christmas Sales or Easter Sales) are not returnable.
c. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no marking
or be other wise defaced or damage.
d. All fine jewelry`s and quartz analog watches are manufacture guaranteed.
e. All discontinued items are not returnable.
IMPORTANT: Damage merchandise is not defective merchandise. Do not request
return authorization form for damage merchandise. All shipment from Hernaez
Craft shop is fully insured. Place a claim immediately with the carrier
if damaged merchandise is discovered. Delay in filing your claim with carrier
could void your insurance. If shipping carton shows no damage, place a hidden
damage claim. Return of Damage merchandise to Hernaez Craft Shop will void
your insurance and terminate your ability to reclaim value.
Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid. Shipping costs for merchandise
returned that is not damages or defective is not refundable under any circumstances
unless specifically approved by Hernaez Craft Shop! You MUST request for
an Authorize Return Form to request approval of your return before shipping.
Note: For your own protection, insure return shipment.
Hernaez Craft Shop MUST approve all returns! You MUST request a return by
contacting us by e-mail or call (408) 422-1903. All returns must be shipped
freight prepaid and with the original product packaging.
If for ANY REASON, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply e-mail
us for a Request for Authorize Return Form and you will be contacted promptly.
And if any items is back ordered or out of stock you can choose another
item for replacement, wait for availability or asked for a refund by emailing
us or contact our Customer
Service Department.
RETURNS, WHICH DO NOT, MEET THE CONDITIONS DESCRIBE IN THIS RETURN POLICY
WILL BE RETURNED AND SHIPPING COST WILL BE CHARGED.
